Jeannette – Founder

I’m Jeannette. I’ve found nutrition to be a journey filled with adventure, surprise, constant shifting, and sometimes a little bit of overwhelm. As I grew and learned, I found one strict style of nutrition didn’t serve me in every phase of my life. I’d find a niche site that I loved, focused on a very specific type of diet. When I found incorporating something new was working for me, I often found myself searching again for other niche sites that suited my new learnings.I wanted to create a place that took the stress of constant seeking off of others’ shoulders and that offered options to others no matter where they were in their health food journey. It’s from this purpose that Grass Fed Kitchen was born.

Patrick – Co-founder

Patrick is more interested in food production than flowers and houseplants, but I’m trying to win him over! He thinks that, with some proper planning, he could grow all the veggies and greens our family needs – right out of his indoor garden. We’re not there yet, but our hydroponic mason jars are moving us in that direction.
